Our Balloon Drop service is designed to add a touch of pure excitement to any type of event, from weddings and anniversaries to surprise parties, sports events, concerts, and New Year’s Eve celebrations. Balloon Drop Options

We create and build custom Balloon Drops in the exact size required to perfectly fit your event space. Our Balloon Drops are carefully planned to align with the most emotional and special moments, maximizing the visual and emotional impact at any event. We use premium-quality balloons and have an experienced technical team that handles everything from installation to execution. Timing is key, and we ensure that the Balloon Drop happens at the perfect moment, whether it’s at the end of a vibrant concert or just as the clock strikes midnight. Let your celebration end with an explosion of joy, leaving every guest with an unforgettable memory.

Narrow Bag Drops – $12.00 per foot

• Narrow drop bags are 3.5 feet deep, making them a great option for venues with lower ceilings or smaller spaces.

• 25 ft. Bag (holds approx. 200 balloons) – $300.00
• 20 ft. Bag (holds approx. 170 balloons) – $240.00
• 15 ft. Bag (holds approx. 115 balloons) – $180.00
• 10 ft. Bag (holds approx. 65 balloons) – $120.00

Deep Bag Drops – $30.00 per foot

• Deep drop bags are 7 feet deep, making them ideal for larger venues and spaces with taller ceilings. Typically requires the use of a lift for installation.

• 25 ft. Bag (holds approx. 750 balloons) – $750.00
• 20 ft. Bag (holds approx. 600 balloons) – $600.00
• 15 ft. Bag (holds approx. 420 balloons) – $450.00
• 10 ft. Bag (holds approx. 240 balloons) – $250.00

Delivery and rigging charges are additional.
Delivery fees are based on the event location's zip code.

• Rigging charges start at $75.00 when a lift is not required and will vary depending on ceiling height, ceiling type, and the complexity of the balloon drop installation.

• If a lift is needed, it must be provided by the client at their own expense.

• A technician is not required, but if requested, the rate is $55 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

We are available to assist you every day of the week, Monday through Sunday. If, by chance, your ideas or desires are not featured on our website, please feel free to reach out to us with your pictures, sketches, or brainstormed ideas. We are committed to doing our utmost to bring them to life.

Our workshop is located in Wake County, North Carolina, and we proudly serve the entire Triangle area, including Raleigh, Durham, and Cary. We also offer our services to surrounding communities like Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Apex, Wake Forest, Zebulon, Clayton, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and more. Choose between pick-up or delivery. Pick up location is in Cary, NC. Delivery is $3/mile from Workshop (210 Mazarin Ln, Cary, NC) and will be invoiced separately.
